All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Operators must be at least 16 years old. Passengers must be at least 6 years old. A separate payment card and deposit card are required. American Express is not accepted for security deposits.
Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete a Florida boating safety course. Salty's Water Sports offers an on-site 15-minute test for $13.97.
We operate weather-permitting. If conditions are deemed unsafe by our staff, we will reschedule your booking at no charge. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; rescheduling is offered instead.
All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any water sports activity. Salty's Water Sports is not responsible for personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
